Arising Ministries is made up of real people, living real lives, doing the best we can with what we have, on a journey, taking our next steps closer to Christ and helping others do the same.

We help people on their journey to know, love and discover our purpose in God.

When people believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior in their lives, they are created new in Christ. We help others do the same too. We call that “making new”!
When Christ followers belong in community, they build amazing relationships with God and others. They passionately pursue God, grow in His Word and arise to do great things. We call that “arising great”!
When the church unites to make an impact in the lives of others, and make a big difference in families, communities and nations; We become in Christ all we were created to be and do. We call this “transforming lives”!
We are a church where everyone is chosen by God to be made new and arise great and everyone is empowered by the Holy Spirit to join in transforming the lives of others.

Pastor Danielle & Frank Moffett
After 32 years of marriage, over 10 years of ministry together and 28 years of parenting, Pastor Danielle and Frank Moffett, along with their four children (Jade, Jordan, Frank III, and Daniel) and two grandsons (Jayden and Jeremy) are launching Arising Ministries Christian Center. Frank and Danielle have genuine love for people and a deep passion to BUILD, GROW and LEAD a new visionary church that transforms lives and make a big difference in families, communities and nations. Danielle and Frank have a genuine love for people. Frank, is affectionately called coach and pastor as Head Coach of Hodgson Vo-Tech high school football. He is passionate about developing, educating and empowering teens and young men to be leaders on and off the field. Pastor Danielle, is a difference maker in the community, pastor and author. She is speaking with a passion for teaching God’s word, reaching the unreached, and helping others arise great in Christ. With prayer as their foundation, they undergird each other’s ministries and are excited to walk together in this new journey of making dreams come true for others through Arising Ministries Christian Center.

WHY NEW CASTLE COUNTY?
New Castle County, Delaware has a population of 561,159 people, it is the most populated county in Delaware, and continues to grow its population, making it a great mission field. The harvest potential and opportunity for people to experience the empowered life God designed for us is incredible.
THE NEED
On any given Sunday, 57% of New Castle County Delaware’s (561,159) population is not
connected to a church community. That’s over 318,000 unchurched or under-churched people to reach and share the love of God.
THE POTENTIAL
Delaware is a family friendly destination where people in surrounding states settle here to raise their families in peace and quietness. New Castle County continues to grow with opportunities to reach new families with the gospel.
The church is the hope of the world – we are looking forward to bringing hope in Jesus Christ to the communities in New Castle County DE
